i have the right to refuse a commission request for whatever reason.
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.
prices
all prices are final and non-negotiable.
some characters may require complexity fees; this is on a case by case basis.
all commission payments must be made in USD.
payment must always be made in full before the sketch phase.
payment plans may only be accepted if you are a repeat customer with a good track record of making payments.
you may ask for free edits at the sketching/lining phase.
any major edit requests beyond this point may incur an extra fee.
you may only request a refund up until the lining stage (at which point i will return 40% of the original payment). any requests made after this will not be valid.
if i am unable to complete your commission at any point, you will receive a full refund.
you will have up to 24 hours after the initial commission request to send payment. please specify when you do!
progress
as i am still in full-time education, the only time i work on commissions is during the weekends. please keep this in mind when inquiring about progress.
you may ask for a progress report at any time.
wips will only be provided if requested before i begin working on the commission.
i do not always work in chronological order. your commission will not be skipped, i often work on multiple pieces at the same time.
you can pay an additional fee to be bumped to the top of the queue. this means i will focus entirely on your commission until it is completed. this is only available at the time of ordering your commission, not after i have begun it.
all commissions will take 3 months at maximum.
usage
by default, all commissions are for personal use only.
this means you may not use my artwork commercially.
i retain the right to use any artwork created in order to advertise my commissions, whether it be through social media or on this carrd.
i also retain the right to use my artwork commercially, though i do not claim ownership of your characters. this includes selling prints.
you may upload any commissioned artwork to social media or character storing sites such as toyhouse as long as i am credited as the creator of the art.
you may also make prints for personal use only.
you may not under any circumstances remove my watermark from my artwork.
if you would like artwork for commercial use, please discuss it with me before i accept your commission. my rates are different for commercial work and operate on a case by case basis.
please contact me for permission if you wish to make edits to my artwork.
